Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Ingredients

Scale
  • The meat of 3 avocados
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  • 6 Tbs raw honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Raspberries and mint leaves, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the avocados until there are no chunks left.
  2. Pulse in the cacao, honey, vanilla and sea salt. Blend until smooth.
  3. Scoop the mousse into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Spoon mousse into small glass dessert dishes, top with raspberries and mint leaves, and serve.
