Coconut Green Smoothie Bowl Tutorial

As you may have seen on my Instagram page lately, I have an obsession with smoothie bowls. A few days ago, I made the most delicious one yet. It got its amazing flavor from fresh coconut and mint leaves. Plus, it was full of veggies and healthy fats! Today I will show you how to make this amazing smoothie bowl, step-by-step. Ingredients for smoothie bowl: the meat and coconut water of 1 young Thai coconut, 1/2 an avocado, 2 cups baby spinach, handful fresh mint leaves, ice cubes.
