- 2 cups roasted whole hazelnuts, plus more for topping
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate or choc chips of choice (I used stevia-sweetened to make this sugar-free)
- 1/3 cup grass-fed collagen peptides (optional)
- Flakey sea salt
Instructions
.Melt your dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave using 30-second intervals and stirring in between.
Add to a high-speed blender with the hazelnuts and collagen. Blend starting on low and slowly increasing until everything is smooth and creamy.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture evenly inside. Sprinkle on some extra hazelnuts and flakey salt. Pop in the freezer for about 3 hours, or until completely solid.
Slice into squares and enjoy!! Store in the freezer and thaw about 4 minutes before enjoying 🙂
